The range is insanely low for me, I have to be almost next to the mob I am casting on, which is not good, because it snares me too.

More details? I used it for 22 lvls from 29 to 51 with no problems.

I am casting it in OT, and when the tank is pulling mobs toward the group, it doesn't work until the mob is almost running me over, unlike root, or any other spell.
