Constant DC's

Hello everyone. Im losing my mind. My phone hotspot works great. But when i connect to my home wifi i get disconnected within minutes. im lost for words. I turned off my windows firewall. I checked my Router and modem for updates. I use spectrum. I dont know what else it could be. Any help PLEASE drop a comment and lets get me back online!!

i did update my router. i powercycled. everything works fine with my phones hotspot but not home internet....

anyone have any ideas please? i ran a tracert and everything seems to be okay... but alas, when i log in on my home wifi its literal minutes before im disconnected. im lost for answers. i need someone more tech savvy than myself to help figure this thing out.
