latency issues only in DN?

I'm noticed recently that my connection constantly bounces between 99 and 100% in DN, but is a steady 100% in every other zone I test. My ping is also about 20 higher in DN compared to any other zone. Any idea why, and what I can do to resolve?

It seems to happen independent of what's going on in zone.
