Spellfile error?

Greets just built a new pc trying to play a bit of red99 and get a spellfile error when logging in.
I installed via ISO, then found the all in one installer and used it right after. Logging in via wineq and duxia and when i get to character screen it says spellfile outdated.

Should I have chosen another type of file when installing or is it another error of some sort?

Make sure you are applying the latest patch files found on the Home Page (https://www.project1999.com/index.php)

I had loaded those already also. Would the all in one installer overwrite that? I will reinstall and see.
