character, gear, cash recovery...acct hack?

Hi there i logged back on after taking a long break to see that i have only 2 chars from 2 accts, most all of my cash gone and my other chars were geared, even my fungi is gone! can i get recovery help? nobody knew my info so it had to have been hacked

Sorry to hear, this really sucks. From what I heard, if you shared yourpassword GM’s wont do anything if your chars got stripped. Obviously you never shared your pass. Might be worth to submit a petition stating you never shard any of your creds. The only problem is nobody would really know if you shared or not. How much did you roughly loose ?

not sure on exact amt but between the fungi and my chars gear i had id say easy over 100k worth, not counting all the time put into all my toons :(
