Thurg Armor MQ Question

Wiki says minimum level is 45, old posts say otherwise.

Is the wiki correct? Did they add a level req. to get the Thurg armor MQ to be 45?

Any 100% confirmation please.

Two years ago, I did Thurg MQ's on my lvl 5 cleric and the legs were clickable at this level. Not sure if it changed.

They nerfed most of the items in a recent patch. The level required to use the click effects is 46+ as far as I know.

I think so too, was able to wear warrior velious at around lvl 25
