login server issues / "unknown error"

hi! myself as well as a handful of other folks i've spoken with are having major issues logging in right now. i've attempted 20+ times and only ever get the "unknown error" message.

I also was getting the same error but now i cannot even login. says "invalid password" =(

To help with the unknown error message you will need to close Everquest and run the ipconfig /flushdns command from command line. Simply search windows for Command Prompt and after it's open type ipconfig /flushdns and then press enter.
