Is there any way to keep the combat ability window open?

Every time I log in I have to hit CTRL + C to bring up my warrior discs. Is there any way to have this window be open all the time?

Instead of using the combat window that you shouldn't have access to, use hotkeys with slash commands. Problem solved.
