Can someone please help me? Desperate - DB Error after PW Reset

I have reset my loginserver password twice in the past week trying to get into my account. When I go to login, I get a DB error. I've spent countless hours leveling characters on my account and magically all of sudden cannot login. Can someone please help?

I am able to successfully login to the forum and 100% realize that the loginserver is a different password. I can change the password to the loginserver and I know my current password. When I try and login to the game I get 'DB Error - Invalid Password' every single time.

If your pw contains numbers use the row above the keyboard and not the numpad. Sometimes the client doesn't capture numlock state correctly.

I am having save issue, with old account, and with 2 newly registered accounts, both giving me DB wrong password... and i just registered them.
