Yep.

R.i.p.

We have 80 years of decrepitude and obesity ahead of us as a country even if we do a 180 because most people ate crap most of their childhood.

I've Been good.. behaving. Lost 29lb.. craving doritos hard core tho :(

I just want to spend a weak eating only doritos.

G-d help us.

That said I buy organic oats and there's only one ingredient. It's like the only food that doesn't make me really sick.

starkind

You can buy a whole chicken and prep it yourself making stock and smaltz from the bones and scraps. Add in some oats. And collards. Or something else green and organic or homegrown and you can pretty much eat for a whole weak on $20 really healthy food. That's pretty expensive tho and doesn't account for fuel.

I bought a crappy chicken for $11 and Iiterally got 14+ servings of protein out of it.

Rice and beans are another great staple you can stretch out a long way and keep fine without preservatives.

I dislike that if my neighbors chickens make too much noise I cant just lean over the fence and birdshot em.my neighbor's dog is very irritating, i've even offered to help him with the bad behavior but most of the time bad dog owners don't see themselves as the real problem so i've never gotten anywhere. plus he's kind of a jerk

revenge chickens. i dunno, my wife is afraid of chickens for some reason even though they'd probably totally kill the snakes which she is even more afraid of.

Matza is liek two ingredients and kosher.

Hummus is like 3 ingredients. Yogurt is full fat greek (whole milk). And plain. The rest is literally vinegar salt olive oil, olives, and jalapeños. Only 280 calories!

Hits the chips/nacho craving.

Tbf it's been almost a month since I settled on my Matza creations x hummus. Which are always different.

Home made turkey caserole and steak another day this last weak. (On two different days). Collard and grits. A sweet potato.

Among other things. Got some rice lined up to pare with veggies and something else. And my guilty pleasure of PBJ.

Can always break out chia seed puddin for mixing up breakfast some.

Got shrimp and grouper in the freezer. I like to alternate through the squashes, green beans, and broccoli for veg. Do the occasional cabbage.

Been yearning for pizza. That is going to cause me some pain to eat tho.

ya man i'm not really cool with bananas (they are also an ecological and economic disaster sort of - we literally genocided ppl to make room for banana fields) it's one of the few fruits i can eat without totally gagging tho so i yucked it down (I did not personally buy those)

lunch was matza hummus olives (ye - old matza taco per Reiwa's thots)\

I hate this world

I enjoyed my hummus tho

I would like a better variety of taco beds to put it on it's hard to find goodly made ones tho --- I have actually really good streat taco corn tortias that are kinda scratch made with cornflower so yeah those are great and actually tacos.

matza is literally unbleached flower water salt at least

olives are liek olives

and hummus is like chick peas and tahinni or in a pinch u can use like olive oil or avacado oil even if u were desperate or prefered that or something else entirely or u could just mash them into a paste and spread them on or whip them into a yogurt if you were bored

anyway those are go too ezmode pretty gud clean foods mix in cucumbers or something esle and it's a total win any day of the weak

you could literally feed half the worlds population on really good food if we got rid of capitalism right now and instituted an autocratic theocratic hive mind with a social credit score and UBI

tonight we are making minute steak greenbeans and mashed taters, in honor of really bad frozen salisbury steak dinners which I'm trying to avoid

Yup, that’s the secret. The law of thermodynamics > all diet models. Anyone can eat whatever they want as long as calories in =- calories out

There’s been multiple documented cases of people who ate only candy/donuts/twinkies and still lost weight because the calorie count was low. Not like that’s a recommended diet, but people generally put too much emphasis on macronutrients and not enough on calories in vs calories out

My daily meals are protein w/veg. But yes, kept in moderation I eat whatever looks appealing.. a "see-food" diet. I do try to put in one full-sized salad or side-salad with a meal per week just to keep the digestive tract moving nice.

I put a good amount of dressing on as well, I am not trying to loose weight, I am trying to down a portion of greens and get them into my intestines.

I am pissed I still have to eat meals. Super pissed about it not gonna lie. I hate food.

Im an excellent cook, but I DO NOT THINK ITS THE MEANING OF LIFE.

Its the first thing we should abandon as a species.

how much of our day is made up of planning our meals?

Id say like 60-90% of my day is spent hunting/gathering for food.

It pisses me off to no end.

From the moment I wake, right now, unti I finally eat a breakfast that I figure out what that is and make (hunt) will I be sasiated.

But only for 1 fucking hour, then, I begin planning my next attack, lunch.

I stress about it for an hour past lunch, not even knowing what I want. I sit angry as I try to work or enjoy life, but am forced to think about 1 thing: the threat to my existence due to starvation.

(pathetic low intellect savage animal)

I finally drag my ass like all over the god damn place and get a nice meal, its good and expensive and took like 1.5 hours of my life to obtain and finish. Now to enjoy this like 1 hour of not worrying about the threat to my existence: starvation

Ya I do a full plate of steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots which I hate the most but everything comes with fucking carrots, peppers, and corn/peas usually) every night before bed. Without fail, I can go months without missing it

And it’s gross. And I fuckin hate it. But I’ve done it for years now because I know they are helpful for my immune system and gut health in some way

Edit: it’s all because of my grandma. She used to grill into our heads as kids “food is medicine”, “if you eat the right food you won’t get sick” and it seemed true. She was almost never sick in her life. Just valley fever once which almost killed her which a lot of people get when they first come to AZ due to spores in our air, and covid which she survived at 96

Jibartik. Unless you're diabetic try eating only one meal a day. It will take an hour if u do it right, and u can batch bake those meals and compress as much of that hunting into longer more efficient sessions. You should also be able to train down your hunger responses with fasting like I even did. And a low dose of something like buproprion could help further. That shit raises heartrate tho. Could also grind jalapeños into pills and take. Thats a more natural hunger suppressant.

It's actually better to be mindful of your food and slowly enjoy it tho. That's G-d's will. He wants us to learn to appreciate these things and probably why he created this universe.

They become more satiating and less of a "drug" situation. Look up intuitive eating too.

A good way to keep your stomach from waking you at night with hunger pains is slow release Casein Protein.

(pick your reputable brand, this is just example)
https://ultimatenutrition.com/products/prostar-casein

And perhaps mix in a complex vitamin/mineral supplement.
https://ultimatenutrition.com/collections/health-wellness/products/daily-complete-formula

Edit: That vitamin complex has a good portion of Manganese. I keep hearing about this mineral and
how our modern diets lack it due to soil depletion (natural trace minerals replaced by petroleum-based fertilizers).

Terra Preta soil-management boasts being able to replace natural manganese along with other depleted minerals.

Why don't you try not eating undigestable fiber if your having digestive problems? I know me personally I'd be straight dead if I ate the stuff your eating. I hear you and sort of agree. It's definitely not an either or thing though. I tried no fiber for a bit. And that was 10x worse. Especially since protein seems to be the macro that makes me most sick.

So I've resolved to eat a little stuff like oatmeal.

Crackers and hummus have almost no fiber.

Stuff like sweet potatoes are easy.

The food I made today had super low fiber too.

Matza is zero fiber. Practically harmless.

I do really well with like 20g fiberone which is terrible its easy tho. 40 is way too much. Fruits are better. So are things like chia, and beans well soaked and stuff like basmati riced.

The simple key imho is less processing. Less additives and fillers.

Otherwise I get sick only eating burgers and taters too. That + cheese is what landed me in the ER again.

Cheese is dedly.

Probably some other problem or gut biome thing that has less to do with what I eat. And more to do with the state of my guts.

I really miss cheese. And Chinese food. Not fried chicken much although I've had some good fried chicken.

I won't eat bread unless I make it or watch the baker make it.

yeah you can spend all that free time dreaming about the money you save while you spend 90% of every single one of your days planning, prepping, and cooking your dinner.

In my opinion life with a government means I shouldn’t have to cook food. if I’m out there cooking and hunting and shit I might as well live in the fucking woods and really be free.

We create this like society where it’s all about business and capitalism but then we expect people to spend 90% of their fucking free time cooking food so they can save a dollar dude fuck that this country is fucked up.

If you are churning out the money it makes no sense to make it yourself if you are on disability playing wow a few hours in your wheelchair infront of the crockpot out of an entire week is going to let you buy that new mount in the store this month ez pz and maybe another wow token.

Rice cooker+ crockpot + some big glass dishes and a fridge = a fuckin win u can eat all weak with a scoop of each macro and some steamed vedge and all u have to do is load up the thing once per week and press start, most of them can even have the dirty bits put in the diswhasher. and it does'n't get much better than that bois. It really doesn't. U can eat like a really fit amazing king in this country if you are fucking smart. Amazon will deliver 40lb bags of rice to ur doorstep.

grab a fish fillet for some variety and grill that bitch over some warm coals in a tiny portable queue (one that fits like two steaks) they are like 1-2 ft in diameter. Super duper ez pz doesn't take much cardboard/twig scraps to get enough coals u put the lid on close down the vents and let it sit for 30 minutes and u have tastey fucking fish, u get the right fish u don't even have to de-scale that motherfucker.

G-d is good to those that are patient and humble and only take what they need.

+ growing some of your own vedge is good for your spirit and u can feed some of the bugs and bees and stuff with your leftovers or the things u don't harvest or let go to flower.

you're doing it wrong if u spend 90% of your time cooking unless you are like a matriarch with a family and you want to spend time baking and making elaborate food for ur hubby when he comes home (which would be nice :D ) ----- in that case you should be making fresh bread every day and totally gardening veg 120%

That I agree with

hunting is a blessing and a privilage and a curse for some

--- i could not sustain my self with hunting alone because i can't get a permit or hunt enough animals to sustain myself where I live because the ecosphere is depleted and bombed, though some people get to supplement their diet with it --- and for a few months out of the year they can bbq roast a whole hog for their church or w/e which is nice, but it ain't right the way it works now unless u goin for long pig.

i don't feel like eating cats or dogs or whatever either. I could eat spiders and stuff but i would be severely malnurished cuz there just isn't enough life to keep a single person going doing all that work to feed themselves. there's plenty of gators, not enough for everyone though :(

and I would only take what i needed if i had to eat gators they are a revered animal shouldn't be hunted out of fear or sport or commercial behaviors

When I was younger, I had acne and was into weightlifting and nutrition. I tried all sorts of diets to get more buffed and have better skin. I ended up eating lots of whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, fruits, veg and lean animal protein for years because this is what we learn when we “look into it”. I blamed dairy and processed foods like everyone else for my acne. I was afraid to use butter and salt for cooking lol. Long story short I absolutely fucking ruined my health, ended up with testicular cancer at age 32, was non-aggressive type thankfully. I'm 37 now still struggling with chronic health problems that all seem related to digestive issues.

Some of my current health issues are eczema/psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, muscle spasms, migraines, IBS/colitis, GERD, heart palps, high blood pressure, swelling of eyelids, tonsil and eyelid cysts, benign tumors in lungs, swollen lymph nodes... the list keeps going, anyway.

Almost all these symptom’s flair up due to food intolerances. The worst intolerance being to nuts and seeds. This includes anything with seeds, even tomatoes. I get very ill from nuts and seeds and never used to have issues with them. Whole grains & beans are next worst thing for me to eat. Meats, especially beef or tuna can cause issues. Some fermented dairies like old sharp cheddar give me some issues. The only things that give me no issue are milk, eggs and other fresh milk products like butter or cream. Tubers also top of the list for foods I can eat without much issue. Most veg/fruit not so bad if cooked and no seeds of course. It’s almost like the foods that are firmer and more abrasive or maybe slower to digest are worse.

I have learned so much over the last 10 years or so battling this bullshit. A few key things I want to share. If you’re not lactose intolerant, think real hard about if dairy is really bad for you. Look at the nutritional values, look at human history for the last 6000+ years as old as literature gets, there has always been farming. Think about local adaptation which is an observable fact and how this would affect our diets. Kids love dairy, you know what they don’t like? A bunch of fuckin leaves, beans and whole grains. Why is that? Because it’s not their species-specific diet and they have not been subverted from their nature yet.

Another key thing I have learned is that if your constipated you could just need more salt. Plain old table salt will do. You can get fancy and get potassium and other minerals and make a drink if you like. Google “snake juice” for a recipe. Just chug 2 or 3 teaspoons of salt in a litre or 2 of water on an empty stomach and you can have explosive diarrhea in under an hour If you would really like to clean your self out. Don’t make any plans for a couple hours and be careful if you think you need to fart later that day. Also, high fat diet is great for digestive issues and can help constipation. This is why sometimes you run to take a shit after you give in and eat fast food. High fat and high sodium.

I would seriously say you’re better off eating fast food and chips and pop everyday rather than choking down all that grain waste and veg material. All these fiber products are literally grain waste from factories that used to have to be paid for to be disposed of. Now they are selling it to you. They are skipping steps in refining to sell you “whole grain” because it’s healthier they say. Refining grain is not a high-tech modern operation, that ruins health. The grain just needs to be ground and filtered. People would have been doing this for ever to get rid of that nasty unhealthy, unappetizing husk.

I would also like to say I am a super lazy glutton, and I would have probably solved all my health issues by now with long fasts and drinking water only. Fasting seems to work wonders for me but I am glutton. One thing I have started doing that’s easy to do is fasting from everything but milk and water. Milk only fasting makes it easy to still exercise and be functional while fasting. I get an un-homogenized local grass-fed milk

My theory is that I have poor digestive tract permeability causes by damage done with this ludicrous diet ideology coming out these days. This is allowing unwanted food particles to pass into the blood stream causing auto immune reactions. The more I fast and exercise the better everything gets. The more I be a lazy glutton, the worse everything gets. I also believe the lymphatic system is bogged down. From all the excess shit its filtering. Best way to move the lymph fluid is long walks and stuff, any type of exercise really.

In my opinion the best diet is the one most of our ancestors ate. Which would be a seasonal diet based off what’s available through local farming. Check out a historical cookbook with a seasonal menu for an example.
So if you’re suffering from any health problems especially digestive ones, please consider my story and your opinion on diet.

To sum this up:

I ruined my health eating daily servings of nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, veg and fruits.

Eggs & dairy are premium human food.

Salt & fat make you poo and are good for you.

Fasting and exercise are a cure all.

I am a lazy glutton

^ I bet if you cut out a lot of grains and veg, and focus more on meat you would have better results. Never forget, you are a human being, a predator, a killer.

That was my favorite forever. I should eat it at least one last time before Valhalla.

My closest ancestors are Irish potato famine survivors.

Peas. Carrots. Fish. Onions. Bread. Potatoes. Mutton. Currant. Maybe like the occasional herb with vitamin C or Mushrooms. Lots of ale. Maybe some seaweed. And shellfish.

Sourdough is where it's at. Put stuff turned into paste on that or a piece of meat. I'm pretty happy. Little bit of yogurt or butter works too. Or a pudding. The kind made with smaltz, rendered fat. Maybe some goat cheese.

Man. I miss my swiss, munster.

Cabbage too. W/corned beef aka a pastrami.

Lampolo it did sound like auto-immune issues, that’s what I was thinking right away. It sounds like you have experience to relate them to particular food intake so I’ll defer to your experience on that

I haven’t heard the same negative things about veggies and fiber, however refined grain is widely considered bad for you in the health and fitness community, this is due to the refining process. That I definitely have heard before

Funnily enough autoummune diet says go for the legums and nuts. And avoid sugars, red meats, and other processed food (baked at the factory).

Today I didn't use any PEG 3350 and stuck to homemade Oatmeal cookies, half a banana, peas porridge, a tiny slice of ham, an egg gently warmed in butter I could throw in the porridge and almond milk.

Doing 100% better already.

The carnivore diet that GinasP99 mentioned is increasing in popularity these days, I’ve watched a few videos about it. It works especially well for people with dietary/medical issues interestingly enough, when all other diets fail to resolve the issue

The thing that still baffles the experts is that we used to think we needed fiber to allow food to move through our intestines. So the expectation is that the carnivore diet, which has 0 fiber, would cause huge amounts of constipation. But for some reason it doesn’t, and we really don’t understand why yet I don’t think

I have the impression from government advice that morbidity comes chiefly from overconsumption.

So the people trying to exercise, eat and "get big" are no better than the fatties in terms of human health.

Not that I’ve heard of

The way “getting big” becomes unhealthy is when the body gets so large either through fat OR muscle that the heart has to over-work to supply blood over such a large surface area

When you look at how our bodies are designed to operate, we are built to gorge ourselves then spend periods of high caloric expenditure while seeking food sources again, either by hunting or gathering. There is nothing unhealthy about big meals or large amounts of movement

Edit: I have tried working out as hard as I do on a calorie deficit. What happens is there is a certain point where I become suddenly exhausted and RAVENOUSLY hungry. Like craving food, especially sweet/high-glucose food, like a heroin addict craves heroin. I’m assuming this is a blood sugar issue due to not having enough calories stored to convert for the energy requirement. So I cannot do the kind of workouts I do unless in a calorie surplus

starkind
06-06-2022, 09:25 PM
I was able to sustain a severe calorie deficit with lots of 700 calorie cardio days per week for a few months. And it didn't feel really bad. I had a lot of energy and mental clarity. I was fasting 2 to 3 days a week.

I was on medication tho that elevated my heartrate and I became numb to food. Zero appetite. I could have sustained it a bit longer, I had a major suicide attempt though. Which caused a lot of damage.

I should have added at least 500 calories to my diet based on how much I was working out.

So I want to say it's possible. It's dangerous.

It's also dangerous to work out hard enough to expend an additional 1k calories per day. That's combat levels of metabolic stress and damage. It will shorten your outside lifespan range. Your skeleton will take a beating. Like consuming and burning 6k calories a day is absolutely insane.

If u are into life extension, extreme caloric restriction is the way ppl go.

Your liver has to filter all of that so growing skeletal muscle(by overeating) is no different than growing adipose tissue(by overeating) in terms of workload for that poor fellow.

Multiply that by years and tell me where you'll end up.

Yea I’m a freak, I don’t recommend anyone who isn’t an elite-level athlete work out like me. I’m also on a slew of supplements, including some at times that are not FDA approved for human consumption (research chemicals) to assist with recovery

That being said, if someone with very little recent workout experience tries to jump into my workouts, their body will break down and it will produce large amounts of the stress hormone cortisol which will actually greatly hinder their progress. I’ve been working out so hard so long that my body has adapted to them, our bodies are highly adaptive

Drugs and yeah, it's called rhabdo.

It’s funny in the elite-level athlete community, giving yourself rhabdo is sometimes considered a badge of honor, despite it being a terrible life-threatening condition

Even I don’t train at that level. To give yourself rhabdo, you have to do so much damage to the muscles that they begin to literally dissolve, which causes them to dissolve into your bloodstream. The liver doesn’t know how to break down dissolved muscles, and so they cause huge amounts of damage to the liver

I’ve overtrained before, and when you are constantly working out and paying attention to your body, you are more able to “feel” things like high cortisol and overtraining. For me, when I’m pushing overtraining, I start to ache all over, joints, muscles, everything. Even stuff that isn’t sore aches. And I lose grip strength. When the cortisol sets in bad, I can’t sleep. I dance on that line of overtraining, but even overtraining isn’t rhabdo. I would have to push past even that, which to me is just insane because it’s so obvious my body is telling me that I’m overtraining. In addition to potentially killing you, it also doesn’t make sense from a progress perspective because at that point all that insane work isn’t even making progress but destroying it

Easily at first yes, but like I said, our bodies are highly adaptable. There’s drug tested UFC fighters who in their training camps run 10-12 miles per day in addition to doing sparring and drill sessions, every day. Now granted, maybe they found a way to get around USADA drug testing and are on PED’s, that’s always a possibility

A 4-5 mile run at my speed is definitely above average but not that crazy. A 2 hour lifting session is not that crazy. “You can’t recover enough by the next day to do that again”. This is correct, which is why it’s a completely different workout the next day, of a completely different part of the body. Any professional athlete in any drug tested sport works out significantly harder and longer than me. Michael Phelps the Olympic swimmer used to eat and burn 8,000 calories per day with 6 hour cardio sessions. Maybe all their livers are going to fail but haven’t yet

Yeah. Was able to maintain a pretty good physique in my 20s on 7k calories.

Wouldn't recommend it as a lifestyle choice tho. Unless you just want to go do fun stuff until you die.

And you can get away with it for a decade or two, the medical bills will rack up over 50 tho. So you best have a life savings.

I honestly pray you'll be fine. I don't want to see you ever go through the kind of decline I went through over the last 3 years in your 40s. Or 50s. You should still work out and eat well. Just. Dunno man. Dunno.

High metabolisms and many sustained injuries shorten lifespan. The clock ticks faster. More replicative errors. More nutrients are necessary to heal damage. Those nutrients come with additional baggage. More energy = more entropy.

I got 20lbs on you. I was 160lb about a decade ago when I worked on a production print range, the mill was not climate controlled and I was stationed by an oven that got up to 400 degrees when running automotive cloth. Due to the corrosive chemical dust in the air we had to wear Tyvek PPE suits that do not breath. I got down to 125lbs during the summer when we pulled 70hrs per week.

I've been reading this thread but missed the part about your heart and liver. What's the worry?

Some people incorrectly thought that my liver was somehow at risk due to my lifestyle. The first suggestion was that I might give myself rhabdo. This is ridiculous, to do so would require me to train probably 5+ hours per day or basically to the point where my muscles were taking so much damage that they would no longer be solid tissue and instead be dissolving into my bloodstream. A common way of getting rhabdo not from exercise is an incredibly physically traumatic car accident

Elite CrossFit athletes have given themselves rhabdo, but they were not only on PED’s to allow such incredible amounts of strain, but also we’re training to compete as their only form of income. Thus, they would push far past when their brain and body were telling them to stop. I am not nearly as mentally hardcore as that, nor do I have this fear in the back of my mind that if I don’t push myself past my human limits, that I won’t be able to earn any money to survive on. So rhabdo is out of the question

Then they thought that eating large quantities of food/protein was going to cause damage to my liver. Eating insane amounts of protein can be hard on the kidneys, this is documented in the fitness community, but it takes RIDICULOUS amounts of protein like 500+ grams per day for months before someone’s kidneys could be damaged. I mentioned that we can test for liver damage by blood tests, to which they had really no retort other than implying that somehow I would do some form of damage which wouldn’t be detectable during a blood test, or that I would wait until my liver was destroyed (somehow, still not explained well) before getting said test

Basically it was a concern troll. Or that’s how it appeared to me, maybe it was genuine concern

If we’re talking about overtraining, there was a video I saw years ago that stuck with me, of this girl, who isn’t even the best in her division in CrossFit

She was training for the next best in the world CrossFit competition, doing clean and jerk’s outside with a bar and rubber 45lb plates on it, over and over and over again. Throwing it down, picking it up, going again without stopping. The entire time, her trainer/coach is literally screaming at her to keep going like the world was ending. I’ve never seen a trainer yell more aggressively/intensely at their trainee

Meanwhile, tears from the pain are running down her face. She’s crying her eyes out and yelling out in pain. It sounds like she’s dying. If someone heard her and couldn’t see, they would probably think she was being murdered by her trainer

Finally she finishes and composes herself and is all smiles, no doubt with a huge endorphin rush from the extreme pain she just put her body through. These are the people who are on PED’s, train like their life depends on it, and give themselves rhabdo. Not me

No one said you would get rhabdo or acute organ poisoning, so it's entirely a strawman to argue against those. Organs buckle under heavy stress over time.

Another example of overtraining was I remember a girl (interestingly enough that these are all girls willing to push this hard) who was a professional ultra-marathoner being interviewed on the Joe Rogan podcast. And if I recall she was casually mentioning how she was used to going partially blind during the last 20% or so of a 60ish mile race. I think she was mentioning that small blood vessels in her eyes would start to blow at that point. But she would just keep on going even only able to see shadows in front of her of where the road is

Huge red flag Starkind. Pork, shrimp, crab, lobster, muscles. Any creeping crawling thing, anything that crawls on it's belly, anything that swims in the sea but does not have scales. This is low vibrational food. These are nasty animals that you are not supposed to eat.

Leviticus 11

1
The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
2
"Say to the Israelites: `Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat:
3
You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud.
4
"`There are some that only chew the cud or only have a split hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you.
5
The coney, [1] though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is unclean for you.
6
The rabbit, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is unclean for you.
7
And the pig, though it has a split hoof completely divided, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you.
8
You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
9
"`Of all the creatures living in the water of the seas and the streams, you may eat any that have fins and scales.
10
But all creatures in the seas or streams that do not have fins and scales--whether among all the swarming things or among all the other living creatures in the water--you are to detest.
11
And since you are to detest them, you must not eat their meat and you must detest their carcasses.
12
Anything living in the water that does not have fins and scales is to be detestable to you.
13
"`These are the birds you are to detest and not eat because they are detestable: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture,
14
the red kite, any kind of black kite,
15
any kind of raven,
16
the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk,
17
the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl,
18
the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey,
19
the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat. [2]
20
"`All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you.
21
There are, however, some winged creatures that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground.
22
Of these you may eat any kind of locust, katydid, cricket or grasshopper.
23
But all other winged creatures that have four legs you are to detest.
24
"`You will make yourselves unclean by these; whoever touches their carcasses will be unclean till evening.
25
Whoever picks up one of their carcasses must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening.
26
"`Every animal that has a split hoof not completely divided or that does not chew the cud is unclean for you; whoever touches [the carcass of] any of them will be unclean.
27
Of all the animals that walk on all fours, those that walk on their paws are unclean for you; whoever touches their carcasses will be unclean till evening.
28
Anyone who picks up their carcasses must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening. They are unclean for you.
29
"`Of the animals that move about on the ground, these are unclean for you: the weasel, the rat, any kind of great lizard,
30
the gecko, the monitor lizard, the wall lizard, the skink and the chameleon.
31
Of all those that move along the ground, these are unclean for you. Whoever touches them when they are dead will be unclean till evening.
32
When one of them dies and falls on something, that article, whatever its use, will be unclean, whether it is made of wood, cloth, hide or sackcloth. Put it in water; it will be unclean till evening, and then it will be clean.
33
If one of them falls into a clay pot, everything in it will be unclean, and you must break the pot.
34
Any food that could be eaten but has water on it from such a pot is unclean, and any liquid that could be drunk from it is unclean.
35
Anything that one of their carcasses falls on becomes unclean; an oven or cooking pot must be broken up. They are unclean, and you are to regard them as unclean.
36
A spring, however, or a cistern for collecting water remains clean, but anyone who touches one of these carcasses is unclean.
37
If a carcass falls on any seeds that are to be planted, they remain clean.
38
But if water has been put on the seed and a carcass falls on it, it is unclean for you.
39
"`If an animal that you are allowed to eat dies, anyone who touches the carcass will be unclean till evening.
40
Anyone who eats some of the carcass must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening. Anyone who picks up the carcass must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening.
41
"`Every creature that moves about on the ground is detestable; it is not to be eaten.
42
You are not to eat any creature that moves about on the ground, whether it moves on its belly or walks on all fours or on many feet; it is detestable.
43
Do not defile yourselves by any of these creatures. Do not make yourselves unclean by means of them or be made unclean by them.
44
I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean by any creature that moves about on the ground.
45
I am the LORD who brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore be holy, because I am holy.
46
"`These are the regulations concerning animals, birds, every living thing that moves in the water and every creature that moves about on the ground.
47
You must distinguish between the unclean and the clean, between living creatures that may be eaten and those that may not be eaten.'"

It's your life, but I would think about it. I gave up pork and other unclean food and I felt so much better within a week or being cleansed of it.

Peace and blessings.

I had beans today.

Yes sweetners artificial or ortherwise are bad for u the artificial ones are the worst, the more processed the sugar the worst.

G-d is trying to tell mankind this thing that we shouldn't turn nature into mountains of icky sweetness and we should be real men about it.

The entire food industry in the USA is designed to disable weak willed people becaause it is satanic, whithout developing their will or making them stronger and more resistant to manipulation. It's also designed to create dependence on the state for individuals and families so that families are too busy dealing with the burden of their weak willed family members instead of healing people. That makes families and strong ppl easier to manipulate even if they don't engage in the same poor choices. By poisoining the rest of the society and their loved ones and the people those very same strong christian ppl care about.

1000% satanism.
