Missing Quest NPC

Exterminator Sahizz is near the ruins, southeast of the Temple of Terror, and may be found at 747, -405.

This npc is missing and therefor cannot turn in quest items to them.

Sounds like it's out of era. P99 only goes from 1999-2001.
