Whichever one I get, it will be the placeholder until Thurgadin armor.

And I have bad OCD when it comes to armor, it has to be all uniform and matching, so I either get a complete set or none at all.

I am not a druid expert, nor do I have the set stats in front of me. But I would say whichever gives more mana. If both are similar in terms of mana, math out which one gives better defensive stats.

Took a quick look at the stats, and withered leather seems better. A bit less wis than Nathsar, but a lot more raw mana.

That's what I was leaning towards. A full set will run me about 6k or so, but it'll last until Thurgadin/Planar armor, and it can go to a Shaman alt later.

I can slowly fill out the cheap pieces as I level and save the chest/belt for later.

Gnome skin or Tizmak sets for style points imo

Good luck getting a complete set of either.

Kind of a dumb expectation to have.

Well, except for the belt or chest it's pretty cheap stuff. I can't imagine it being super rare considering how many people farm/grind in The Hole.

Purple set for the win.

Actually kind of sad there's no Withered Leather on the merchants in Paineel. I figured with The Hole being next door, people would vendor some of that leather here just to empty their bags.
