Shadow Chestplate / Mrylokar’s invigorate proc - different heal values?

Heya, random question for those who might know. Both of these items click invigorate, but Mrylokar’s is 6 seconds whereas Shadow is 14.5. Are the heal values of these invigorates different, or are they exactly the same and Mrylokar’s is just much faster? Thanks!

Same, which is why Mrylokar's bp is so pricey, super fast self heals.
