Best droppable rogue weapon (assuming you have epic)

Hi. Random question! I assumed Horn of Hsagra was the best droppable rogue secondary weapon (assuming you have Ragebringer), but I thought I saw someone mention a different weapon on a post the other day (which I can’t seem to find now). So, is HoH the best droppable or is there something else in contention? Cheers!

Otherwise have a look at the Rogue Piercing Table and uncheck the Show No Drop Options and sort by Dmg/Delay.
