Can anyone bind my halfling cleric in qeynos? his name is zaldar but playing my druid named celticwhisper so you can send him a tell. not using cleric as hes bound in RV.

Hopefully you got your bind by now. If not, you'd probably have better luck asking on the discord or to any casters in zone.
