Update. I managed to find this guy up in Velks and duo with a 60 enc/sham combo https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=401312

This sword is pretttty legit. The ratio 10/22 isn't groundbreaking but with enough dex it is proccing pretty regularly.

Multiple 45 lifetaps in combat is awesome.

It can substantially helped my "Battle bard" build and tankiness.

One day I hope to own an https://wiki.project1999.com/Essence_Mace to duel weld/replace this weapon.

TLDR; this sword procs at level 1 and is probably one of the most slept on bard weapons in the game. Get you one if you can
