Cazic Thule Symbols

Just a small thing, but I was looking up the Cazic-Thule Symbol Quests and I could have sworn that my Iksar back in the day wasn't able to equip them. Found this thread on zam - https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1238 - with one poster complaining about his Iksar not being able to use them. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

They added late Velious. I remember researching and posting this many years ago, I'd have to search deep in my post history though.

Blue is accurate, but for Green's sake, yeah, it should start with Iksar not being able to use until one of the last patches of Velious.
