Error Message Help

Played yesterday. Nothing has changed since, but when I try to start Titanium I get an error message that says

The instruction at 0x00000000010000F0CE referenced memory at 0x00000000FFFFFFFFC. The memory could not be read

Any ideas?

Was this only one time and when you restarted the client it was fine?

Or does this happen every time you try to load the client?
