View Full Version : How to open 2nd action bar?

I think my UI does not support it. In options there are shortcuts for the 2nd action bar, however... it doesn't ever show.

Anyone has any UI recommendations? I do see people do this a lot in various p99 videos, but their ui looks way better than mine.

Not a feature supported on p99 anymore -- It is outside of the era and was disabled

But all those p99 videos have it. Are you sure it was disabled?
