Trapped in Neriak Commons

I'm Karbon_Kopy on the server and i just started playing the other day. Because of my large troll size, I am trapped the terrain in the Neriak underground near the bar. I have been whispering the GM online but I do not get a response. Is there a way someone could move me to my bound location or something?

I tried that, It rotates my view but doesnt move me.
