Account Login Issue

I am unable to log into account. Says i have a active character. But i havn't been logged in for about 24hours. I have tried logging in now for about a hour.

Was there a crash leading up to this? You can check the Task Manager and see if you have a hung process for eqgame.exe you can kill. Or if its easier you can just reboot the computer to clear it up
