Rooting Ice giants in Permafrost

I have been on a corpse run and i have died 7 times, every time i have run in i rooted the see invis giant when he runs up to me i attempt to run back and root the other the root DOES NOT WORK. the root shows in the chat log that it has effect, the root does not show that it has worn off. this is 100% a bug I am very upset

I see one root land and one resist unless I'm missing something.
