PC Specs
----------
Ryzen 5950x (water cooled)
Sapphire Nitro+ 6900xt
64gb of Ram
34" UWHD 144hz monitor
-----------
My issue i'm having is im stuck at 30fps - i've scoured the forums, reddit and posts that go back years ago. I have yet to find a solution to increasing my fps.
Nvidia users can just lock their fps through the control panel. I haven't found that option for amd. I tried setting the limiter on the Radeon software but it doesn't seem to work.
I tried using the Ryzen Master software to set it to "game mode" - that didn't work either.
I've reinstalled a new EQ directory from scratch - launched the game and immediately was seeing 200+ fps in Nexus. As soon as i went to adjust the resolution to 1080p (something more playable than the 600x800 crap i started out with) the fps went to 30 and has stayed there ever since.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or a "hey, your pc is trash in eq" is an okay answer as well.. i have just about figured there's nothing i can do about it, but i wanted to ask here first.
