Even by the old school definition of p2w, this is p2w you literally can buy skins that increase your stats.
But its much worse than that. Its a "Pay-or-slave".
In fact the game has a zealous fan base of paypiggies and whales that will type you paragraphs of utter nonsense and commit olympic level mental gymnastics to come to the only conclusion that in a game where you can literally buy power and skip all the grind for money is not p2w, all while dumping their neetbucks into grind skips.

Whole game is filled with systems on top of systems to artificially slow you down and make you pay. Every step of the way you will encounter multiple currencies that speed up or skip time gates that can be converted from a premium currency. By the time you're done laundering currencies through other currencies you've no idea how much anything actually costs because everything is being done to obfuscate how much whales are actually whaling. Its disgusting to say the least and predatory at worst.

Most importantly, the gameplay is trash.
Endless barrage of go-to-and-talk quests, combat in both open world and dungeons is beyond easy. Every normal mob can be permastunned/staggered with any attack and with no diminishing returns.
The game is not MMOARPG despite what paypiggies might have you believe. Drops don't matter, builds don't matter, stats don't matter, monsters don't hurt, there is no hardcore/ladder reset, every ability has 10 to 30 second cooldown, this is as much an ARPG as WoW is an FPS. The only thing it lacks to become a fully fledged mobile gaccha tumour is an auto-play button.
"Open world" is also non existent, small corridor filled, heavily instanced maps with the most boring and unimaginative quests ever conceived in a video game. Average quest goes like this; pick up the quest, run for under 10secs, do a thing for 10 secs, go back, "thank you hero!". Its pathetic and embarrassing.
Also lol @ gender locked classes. They add 50 outfits for NPC's that you can marry but cant figure out multi gender classes in 2022. Really shows just how much Korean devs are willing to adapt to western audience, really couldn't add a male mage/assassin option in what 5 or 6 years it been out in KR/RU? The game is neither open world or arpg, barely even an mmo.

Koreanboo fanatics will have you believe that PvP is balanced and not p2w. Except for the part where you need to grind currency in order to be able to launch your ulti in PvP. Even then, mindless fanboys are very quick to let you know that everything can be earned by playing. Think of that episode in south park where they killed 2 billion boars in WoW. Thats what they mean when they say everything can be earned. "Grind on alts bro".
Don't listen to dopamine drip enslaved neets that have no value or integrity for their time. It is most likely more p2w than anything you've ever played, mobile games included. Playing this f2p will require you to get 6 characters to 50 so you can do dailies and weeklies on all of them. You will still be far behind the paypiggies in terms of available content as more stuff is unlocked the higher your gear is upgraded. You use 5 alts to feed your main character. You get two level 50 boosts for free, but need to do story all over again 3 more times. It's doable, but very slow and tedious.
There are whales in KR that have spent over 700k usd on this game(look it up). These type of people then go around and tell you that you can play for free and not feel like you're behind.

Worst tenner I've spent in years. The 500k concurent players pre-launch only show how desperate are people for a good mmo, and instead they get this - another twitch/youtube FOTM that will die in a month. 0/10.

Not the type of MMO where you explore open areas and find them.
