Unable to log in

I am unable to log in after 9pm Eastern time (-5 GMT). If I was already logged in and do not zone, I will stay on until I zone. After that time I have trouble accessing the project1999.com website, and forums (they load VERY slow, and cannot download anything) but when I go to bed and wake up in the morning, everything works fine.... until 9pm -5GMT. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared my DNS, changed my DNS, set a DMZ to my PC, tried alternate PC's on my network, deleted my eqclient.ini file, and nothing is fixing this issue. Why is it only after 9pm -5 GMT, and why is it ONLY project1999 stuff? If I go to Literally any other website, EMU server, or game, I can log in with no issues. It is not the local router, because I have even done a full passthrough to my PC and got the same results. I use AT&T fiber optic, and can speed test for speeds over 500 (symmetrical) during the issue.
I just switched guilds, and cannot make raids because of this issue.

I have found a work-around that will get me through, but the issue should be addressed on the server side. I have gotten a vpn to be able to log in to the game.
