Some of you might know me as an occasional poster on a forum associated with an old video game, but now that I have higher ambitions I wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Gary Chambers and I'm running for the US Senate.
Let me be blunt. You don't need to know anything about me except what you see up there. I'm a handsome well-dressed man enjoying the finer things in life, like sitting on an expensive leather chair in the middle of an empty field as I exhale sweet smoke through the droplets of fine Louisiana rain. It's a sophisticated outing for a cultured gentleman.
I'm Gary Chambers.
I want to be a US Senator and I know you want me to be one too! If you're here it's no problem! If you're not I am asking each and everyone of you to move to Louisiana and vote for me! It doesn't matter if you're a resident or whatever, it's Louisiana for heaven's sake, it's corrupt turtles all the way down. It's so corrupt that I can boldly advertise right here for some helpful voter fraud and no one will do a thing. C'mon hook a brother up!
I'm Gary Chambers and I'm running for the US Senate every thirty seven seconds.

Since that guy looks like he's going as kingpin, and we had the penguin with Roger Stone... How long until someone who dresses as the joker wins a seat in the senate?

“Black people are 4 times more likely to be arrested for marijuana”
I’m sure it has nothing to do with the frequency with which I’ve seen black people smoking in traffic/walking down the street, where as the white smokers are sitting in a basement somewhere listening to phish where no one can see them

People say that bongs, blunts, and edibles all hit differently but I never noticed. Then again it’s been so long since I hit a bong or blunt that I barely remember
I also never really noticed a difference between sativa or indiga. It’s all just weed to me. I buy sativa because I generally only do them before being active, but I bet they could give me indigas and I wouldn’t notice. Personally I think the two categories are hokum

90% of prison inmates are MALE
This naturally leads me to believe that the prison system is SEXIST against MEN
There's a very slight difference between indica and sativa strains. And the vast, vast majority of modern weed is some combination of both anyway, so it's just silly to try to isolate certain effects from one or the other.
If strain X is 20% thc or whatever, but then you're just buying concentrates of it anyway, who gives a shit about the percentage of thc in the base flower? The legal marijuana industry has taken on the character of used car salesmen reassuring you that you're getting the BEST deal in town!

back in the day a pure sativa or indica could be found, these days they are like entirely hybrids. people became actual botanists and applied their knowledge of strains and cross bred them, always attempting to breed a better strain, the result is that now like 95% of all marijuana anywhere is a hybrid.
some strains are going to have the visible dominant traits of a sativa plant or indica plant, but you'll be hard pressed to find a pure breed outside of like, labratories that clone known pure strains.
in any case, weed is still great!

I rarely smoke these days. Do a lot of edibles though. Still illegal in my state so I end up making my own edibles. Seems like maybe the conservatives here like the devils lettuce? Buck that narrative boys…and girls.

I’m about a week from harvesting a Durban poison plant, which is pure sativa. Once I harvest that, I’m growing some afghan kush, which is a pure indica. The effects of pure strains are very noticeable. Smoke straight sativa before bed and you’ll be staring at the ceiling all night thinking about off the wall shit. Do the same with straight indica and you’ll probably fall asleep on the couch

You save $$ making ur own I hear. The weed store employees told me this and tried to teach me before how to do it, but I suck at cooking too much in general
Weed is about 100x healthier than alcohol. I still will drink (or do both), but I exclusively only drink socially, so only a couple times a month. 150 calories a beer, 80 calories a shot, and when you’re a big guy like me who needs 4+ needs to get a pleasant buzz, those calories add up. Edibles have some calories still and some sugar, but less overall and far less taxing on the liver, doesn’t dehydrate you, etc
Plus the hangovers. Man they get worse the older you get. There’s a saying I like to remember and that’s “Drinking alcohol is just borrowing happiness from tomorrow”, and it’s true…

Hey speaking of drugs, Seattle spends $50 million to buy a fancy apartment complex for the homeless, at $300,000 per unit. That’s almost the price of my house
And how did they earn it? By fucking their life up with drugs. Do enough hard drugs, fuck your life up enough with them, and Seattle will give you a $300,000 apartment to do hard drugs in. Maybe I’m being cynical and these are for non-hard-drug users, I dunno
Hope they have one HELLLLL of a screening process or that place is gonna get fuuuucking thrashed

Speaking of Seattle, howd that Chaz shit work out lol
Last time I heard anything about it they had an amateur rapper warlord and a homeless dude challenging people to duels over a 4x4 plot of farmland aka some potting soil on a piece of cardboard on the grass

You deserve to die in the cold in the richest country in the world if you're without a home. So what if you got that brain injury in service to this country! You should be forced to die outside. Over 40,000 homeless are veterans. They deserve to die more than anyone. Fuck em, dont help anyone. We dont have the money for it.
We do have the money for trillion dollar failed fighter jet projects at darpa though. We got 800 billion a year to spend on "defense" but nothing for the people who were actually manning those machines.
We could be giving that money away in tax breaks to the wealthy. Why are we helping the homeless with it? That money could be going to a new G6 jet for some CEO or helping the waltons buy a new vacation home or three.

Drug possession was completely legal in WA for a few months last year and will automatically become legal again in July 2023 without additional legislation. Also it's a misdemeanor.

the only 2 reasons why weed isnt 100% legal are:
big pharma (this is the most important one)
private prisons for profit
both of which should be abolished, along with the current tax code / IRS
hope this helps

You shouldn't have to smoke shit. Legalize every drug and teach kids herblore + real chemistry and let people manufacture and sell locally without a license scam.
Any small business that is entirely local should be completely immune from the political bullishit. Aka police, fed, FDA, USDA, CIA, IRS, ATF, DEA... should only cover out of state/international interests.

Yep.
The solution isn't hard. It does require eliminating the power that big pharma, super rich lawyer bro corporations, and political institutions wield.
Lobbies need to go. And any problems in a city need to be handled in house by the public and people living there. If someone sells bad Kush or dirty crack right down the road, it's not the governments, shouldn't be the feds problem. The aggrieved community should just kick out or kill the mofo. The governments problems are those giants in Afghanistan.

A license to grow more that 4 plants in my state is 60k annually with a 10k application fee, which is outrageous. I barely smoke these days, so I really don’t need to grow more than one small plant at a time.

Here in New York State I can "grow up to six plants in [my] home for personal use (3 mature plants and 3 immature plants) and a maximum of twelve plants per household (6 mature plants and 6 immature plants)" with no paperwork.
I'm somehow grappling with the idea that some fucking idiots at the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (yes the NYSOCM exists) were having an actual debate of how many mature vs immature plants people could have. Oh this plant has tits and pubic hair, it's all good.

and no one is going to come knocking if you happen to have 20 mature and 20 immature plants...as long as you dont have a weed drive-up service in your driveway

Statistics from the U.S. Department of Justice show that, as of 2019, there were 116,000 state and federal prisoners housed in privately owned prisons in the U.S., constituting 8.1% of the overall U.S. prison population.

And they design the system to keep em re-offending. Keep em coming in and out of prison. Lets the prisons do whatever they want so a two year stay can turn into a life sentence.
