The Qeynos Badge Quests are LIVE! However Oobnopterbevny Biddilets is NOT spawning and should be. I've been in West Karana for about two hours now..she is supposed to spawn about every 45 minutes and has not had a single spawn or /shout in zone.

This breaks the new questline that was literally just released. Could we have her added back in please? There is a posting where she was removed earlier because she was not in the correct era. Now we're in the correct era and she's not spawning anyway.

The quest line should have slowly progressed through the plague event. It needs some clean up.

Based on what we know, She is for Part 3 which should have been August 2001. So you’ll have to wait until then.

In the meantime we need to fix the rules to prevent progress up until that point. Even Part 2 should have been July 2001. Green is in May2001 era.
