I'll be doing some digging too, but thought I'd post here incase anyone has a quick link to something.
My issue is the last 4 boxes in my hotbar disappears everytime I zone or camp. The first 6 boxes are fine, it's just the last 4.

Known issue thats pending a patch to fix

It was supposed to have been fixed in the last patch.

Any update from a dev with a timeframe for this?

There hasnt been a patch since the hotkeys were extended to 10 slots

Last Patch was May, the hotkeys went to 10 in June

I just searched the Technical Discussion forum for the word "hotbar" and there are five other threads about this issue among the most recent 10 threads.

People need to do a search before submitting bugs to see if the bug has already been pointed out.

The bug has been submitted and was supposed to be fixed in the last patch, it hasn't been I think that is the point.
