OVP does zone wide faction change? Intentional?

Im sure ill get no official reply only flames from superfans.

OVP ( Ornate Velium Pendant ) on live however did single target mob faction change.

You had to literally click your way through a zone. Here it works on the entire race of mob or NPC. Seems broken but im betting its " Working as intended " ?

What about the Enchanter spell Alliance? Did that work on only one mob at a time?

Thats a good question. I dont have info regarding that, but since its same spell i wonder if the enchanter spell cast from player did entire zone? I don't know, just seems very powerful if it affects entire zones with one cast to one type of mob. Albeit it only changes faction for that said race, but still seems over powerful.

Yeah, exactly, Alliance is the same spell. I'll bet it's working as intended.
