Monk starter weapons

I just started on Green this week. I played on P99 blue back around 2014-2016 as a bard and rogue, but am freshly new on green.

Can someone advise about a good cheap monk weapon? I have not played a monk since March 1999

I should add that I know Wu’s quivering staff is a good mid level option, but I wonder if there are intro options. I hear wu’s is like 200pp. I have 5.

Wu's Quivering Staff is around 50p-100p if you can find someone who hasn't vendored it. You can use your bare fists until you save up 50p.

Or you could look for Master Wu's Trance sticks, also ~75p each. If you hang around the tunnel long enough, you could probably snag either of them for free.

Jus punc en kik em. That's what trolls and ogres say. I'll translate for you. Just punch and kick them. I leveled up troll and ogre so I can do that now.
