EQLogToolNet anyone have heard of it?

I recently read on a website about a tool that would allow to track your buffs and logs, and that it was allowed per TOS on this server, when i was trying to access the source site, it doesn't exist anymore, Google doesn't help much either, and someone uploaded the file which i scanned with Virustotal and only one of the engines detects a Malicious virus, it might be a false/positive but i don't dare to risk myself so. Anybody know/heard of this software before? Safe to use?

I did download the program, and after scanning it, Virustotal throws out this program is flagged as a Trojan/Malware in 14 different sites.. False positive or?
