i want to do the iron cudgel of the clairvoyant quest but i dont have the petitioner to turn in. i´m supposed to get it by starting the penance quest but zand doesnt progress the quest. he responds when i hail but when i say cudgel all he does is turn to me without giving me the ragged book.i tried saying i lost my cudgel but i get no response.

i only have the skulls, not the petitioner. and the page of the petitioner doenst mention how to get it.

Ah I misread sorry, from another site: Iron Cudgel of the Petitioner you received when you gave your guild note to the guild master (not the wooden one).

i created this character over a year ago but i had no idea what to do so i rolled a different character . now i got back to this character and he had no items. so i dont know what happened to the tattered note.
