The Necromacer guild leader Shwara Volerno is suppesed to start a Necro armor quest line for the Abattoir initiate armor starting around level 5 but she is not responding to any hails on Green server.
Some of the mobs are not dropping the items needed for the quest Briar snake skins not dropping off briar snakes and there are no Large, giant, or hatchling widows in Tox forest that are needed to drop the Woven Widow Silk, and have not seen any Giant briar snakes for the Giant skins.
Looks like the quest was added around July 2002, not sure if that matters
