Since you didn't specify server, you don't need anything to play 1 on Blue and 1 on Green. If you fancy catgirl stickers on your car you could play with the 5 other people on Red.

They do them in batches, so if a batch was done recently it may be a little while before the next batch.
Also be sure to provide information they request, it does help speed up the process.

Then if/once you get it, never abuse it. not even for a single port, buff, trade, etc.
They'll know, there are automated systems in place.
