might have an awesome related bug too, had this happen 5 times to me so far, so its not a lag glitch ... i had autoattack on, was in range, but was casting a CH and proced my melee weapon during the CH ...

Also had this happen - procced Ykesha whilst casting Firestrike.

Basically you can be busy casting a spell and right in the middle of the cast a proc can go off. That doesn't seem accurate, because the weapon didn't swing.

Procs are definitely going off while casting.

It seems like everytime the attack button would be pressed down there is a chance to proc.

I am also procing against non-legal targets. I was able to OT hammer off a player who I was not in a duel with. I tested again with my pet targeted and autoattack on and had the same result.

It seems like procs aren't checking on actual swings, but rather whenever an attack would happen regardless of whether the player is swinging.

Now that I think about it I may have even had a proc during a time where I was stunned.

Fucking sweet. Now I won't have to deal with the insanely bugged duel system when I need to OT hammer.

I recall Rogean saying he's going to look at and try to rework the proc system. VS gonna be terribly easy once this is fixed.

Not if I continue to hit for 1hander damage with a 2handed weapon.
