Other toons disappearing

Upon occasion, other characters will have their health bars greyed out in party, as if they are in a different zone, and be straight up invisible and un-targetable for me. Haven't noticed any pattern in what may be causing this, doesn't seem to happen to my brother playing a few feet from me at his desk.

Seems to happen occasionally when you are grouped and enter same zone simultaneously. You have to zone (log cycle) to clear the problem. Old bug, been happening for years.
