When do rangers get the spells that are classified as velious (based onhttps://wiki.project1999.com/Ranger#Spells)?

I just checked the vendors and they're all showing level 255.

Are you talking about Blue or Green? Because Green isn't caught up to Blue yet in terms of era patches.

Excellent, so we are looking at mid September most likely if they adhere to that timeline
