Files incorrect?

Tried loggin in and got a prompt the this file spells_us.txt (2503364378) is not right and i need to replace it. How do i replace this one single file?

Just unzip it, take the file out individually and put it into your Everquest folder.

I am having the same issue. Downloaded the most current zip file, tried replacing just that one file and same issue. Tried replacing the entire Rendereffects folder and again same issue. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I am having the same problem. Downloaded the most recent patch file from the home page, replaced the spells_us.txt file in RenderEffects folder but no luck. Replaced the whole RenderEffects folder and still have the same issue. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

You need to put the files in the correct folder. Spell file should be in the main everquest folder with your everquest.exe
