Greetings, Fellow Norrathians!

Due to the number of issues we’ve had over the past few months with raids in the Temple of Veeshan, we will be implementing some policy updates. While we do want to continue to encourage competition, we also believe that a portion of the toxicity we’ve been dealing with is a result of some guilds contesting every spawn, every time.

Effective immediately, we will be shifting to a 2/3 system for kills in the Temple of Veeshan, with the following ruleset:

• Any Guild or Alliance may kill any dragon in the Temple of Veeshan up to two times in a row without restrictions.
• Once a Guild or Alliance has killed two spawns in a row, they must abide by the following restrictions:
o Dozekar & Ikitar: You may only get FTE 30 minutes after spawn.
o West Wing (LTK, Telkorenar, Gozzrem): You may only get FTE 6 hours after spawn.
o North Wing (Including Eashan, but not including Vulak): You may only get FTE 3 hours after spawn.
o Vulak: You may only get FTE 4 hours after spawn.
o Accidental FTE’s will not count against you, but if you get an early FTE while moving/COTHing a force or a puller for an engage near the time limit you should concede the target immediately.
• Please note that Halls of Testing (East Wing) Mini’s are not included in this ruleset.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to work through tactics to try and improve the P99 Blue experience for the population, and we look forward to reviewing the impact these changes have and making further adjustments, as needed, in the future.

The P99 Staff

- Are quakes included in the "you cannot contest until [x] hours" rule, or do they remain FFA, and do quake kills count towards the 2/3 count?

They are counted towards the 2/3 count.

- Guild kills 2/3 and spawn is uncontested for the set amount of time. If Guild kills the new spawn, does the 2/3 reset, or are they expected to wait [x] time again (a 3/4 of sorts)?

Once you serve the lockout, you are done. If you kill a target twice, get locked out and kill the target after the lockout is over, you would be back at 1/3 and would be eligible to kill the next spawn.
