This is getting old.

Playin with WinEW, windowed, running in compatibility XP SP3.

Game crashes with the above message after I zone from West Cab to LoIO. (Not during zoning, but walking a few steps out of the tunnel.) Happens 100 percent of the time.

Not alt tabbing or anything.

What's going on?

This just happened to me yesterday. Some cool dude gave my level 1 necromancer some money for spells. I was close to loio after buying spells so I decided to pop in for a look. I killed 1 mob and got the ResetDeviceFailed message. Died while LD and I'm still bound in field of bone. Run all the way back for loot and scoot. I know.
