Ok I need to find a vendor that will sell a Large Sewing kit to a Dark Elf. Ive searched all the sites pointed to in other threads for information but they only contained small sewing kits in this version. Every other vendor it points to that Ive visited so far will not do business with me. Does anyone know specifically a vendor that sales them to dark elves?

Just get someone to buy some for you from EFP trade goods shops they are ~1pp each.

I found them in east freeport Sanhan Tanner if anyone else is looking.

For a dark elf you probably won't be able to purchase in East Freeport. One option is to ask someone to buy one for you, however...

Hutyn L`Lozz in Neriak 3rd Gate does sell a large tailoring kit according to EQ Traders. I'm not sure if he was in for Kunark but in 2003 he was listed in a patch...

Hutyn L`Lozz will now appear in his place of business and be less likely to leave to go sightseeing in Neriak...

Might be a wild goose chase but worth a go ;)

In Ferrott, close to the entrance to Oggok, there is a Tailor vendor selling the large kits.

Ahh fair enough, might be deity based then. An innoruuk cleric isn't liked enough to get near the guards or vendors lol :(

My DE solusek ro worshipping wizard is safe in most parts of Freeport.

For what it's worth, I've always bought/had them bought from the newbie area vendor in NRo.

And for the lizards, there is a vendor in East Cabilis that sells Large Sewing Kits.

Unfortunately I do not have names off-hand, but they do exist!

And speaking of existing, does anyone remember when Large Sewing Kits were removed on Live? Too lazy to search at the moment!

Large sewing kits were never removed - it was those wonderful deluxe kits that held 10 giant sized items that were taken off of vendors and consigned to the shadowhaven casino as prizes. I had many guys with banks full of them - before deluxe toolboxes came out in velious so they should be around in Kunark era.

Memory fail... ouch, that's a bruise to the ego.

Well damn, if Deluxe Kits did exist on P99, I completely missed that boat despite having started when the server came out. I bet I thought that "Large" variety was the to-be-removed variety and completely skipped over the Deluxe, because I certainly don't have any Deluxe kits. Dammit -_-
