Just started P99 today, got a nice welcome from a member of < Poison > named Lexigan.

This was my experience too last week, whole server has generally been solid imo.

There is one place that is (or was when I played) close to this and it's the Al'kabor server.
The Mac only server that is locked to 2004 (PoP) content. The community is (was?) small and very tight knit. People were glad to help out a newbie.

I really enjoyed my time there, but I have absolutely had more fun here.

just pissed man because I haven't given my account out and I logged on the other day and all my shit that wasn't no drop was gone. All my shit in the bank and everything. Would be different if I were a caster or had alts to farm shit, but as a war I'm practically fucked

I believe he was 56. Hopefully the GMs can look into it and at least tell him who took the stuff, especially since I'm the only other person who had access to the account. I think he knows I didn't/wouldn't take his gear, but it would be nice to get a GM to check to see who did.

The amount of wonderful, helpful people on p1999 is amazing. I bet this will be far from your last time being helped or given something out of another players kindness. This is why the server is so amazing in my opinion.

I got an entire set of gear during my first couple days that I'm still wearing. If this was EQLive the only thing I would have gotten from the community for free is teabagged.
