Research Survey on Forums

I'm working on designing a gaming forum for a school project and thought I'd get some feedback from this lively bunch!

Old guy here, what's "sandbox"?

The sandbox genre generally refers to games with little direction and no "right" way to play. Like a sandbox, there's sand(an environment), a box (some rules), and maybe a bucket(tools) but nothing really telling you, you must do this to play here. Even though many of us might build a sandcastle...

It's an amusement park, not a sandbox.

There are rides, and there are lines for the rides. There are vendors; you can buy an Orange Julius if it's hot. And of course like any amusement park, there is a bus of Chinese tourists who just bum rush whatever ride they want and take it over and leave a big mess.
