Alt+Number spell shortcuts not working

So since yesterday the Alt+Number (1-8) shortcuts for spells don't work anymore, except for Alt+1. I've never experienced this before so I don't know what to do. Logging off/on doesn't fix it.

Does anyone here know the cause and how to fix it?

I'm not sure if this was supposed to go here or in "Bugs", and I don't think this was already answered. Feel free to move post or redirect me to another post if that's not the case.

fn lock enabled on laptop keyboard by accident?

On my laptop, Fn lock toggles between F keys doing F functions and Fn+F doing alternate functions (like raise sound or brightness), and vice-versa. I just tried switching it off or on to see if it had any effect and no. Unless we're not talking about the same thing when we say fn lock?
