all but one of my accounts wiped

I came back from a 2-3 year break to find that the characters on all my loginserver accounts, except my very first account, have been wiped. I leveled/epic'd a bunch of characters on individual accounts after red started allowing 2 boxing years ago. I see thats not allowed anymore. No one else has ever had any of my login info.

Any ideas, while i wait for a response to my petition? Is this perhaps a repercussion of 2-boxing being forbidden again?
