Just wondering is Dwarven better than thurg?

Can't imagine it's much worse if not better

I assume you are talking about enchanted/imbrued Brellium plate armour for clerics, not the Icewell dropped armour set?

it varies piece by piece, but here is a like for like comparison for visible set:

Visible Enchanted Imbued Set Totals (1 bracer)
AC STR STA AGI DEX WIS INT CHA HP Mana SvM SvF SvC SvP SvD
125 41 44 0 0 26 0 0 0 0 17 24 0 0 0

Armor of Forbidden Rites Set Totals (1 bracer)
AC STR STA AGI DEX WIS INT CHA HP Mana SvM SvF SvC SvP SvD
155 4 12 7 8 30 0 7 180 195 13 5 9 3 5

Thurg is giving a lot more wisdom and mana, has more AC and will produce more hp (even considering stamina).

Dwarf has the advantage of being resellable if you plan to upgrade. If you don't mind mixmatch, some individual pieces of dwarf is probably better than thurg, boots and hands, perhaps more.

For warriors Thurg armor is better overall. You get 42 more AC than dwarven, and you get a lot of +HP, which will be superior to +STA when buffed, due to STA cap. Yes you get a bit less STR and resistances, but that is not enough to outweight the AC and +HP.

Thurg armor is certainly superior for clerics. The clickies are great, and you get more mana in total due to how much +Mana is on the thurg armor, which ends up being more than the -13 WIS. The lower armor and STA isn't really relevant, as your group/raid should be keeping the mobs off you in the first place.

I’d go thurg for a cleric, due to cheaper gems and those clicky pants. I’d keep dwarven for a tank and save for kael/ss instead.
