gaming screen is way too small

I have done everything that I know of to get my game screen to get bigger or even fullscreen but nothing is working. The screen is only 10x10 on a 32" monitor.

There's two things, the viewport and the game size. I doubt it's the viewport, but if so (ie. if you see black bars to the sides), see this: https://wiki.project1999.com/Viewport
