If they made new red with item loot, locked at vanilla (or Kunark at the latest), and considered teams then I think it would be great success.

Well that's not going to happen. Why not make it a success now? If more content could be killed on this server more people would come. No one is going to come solely for pvp. The pvp jarheads need to fall back and get their fix on the backend. It could be done during post raid battles or fight for loot rights.

There are 51 of the same 52 people that play online right now. If you could unite temporarily the other 30 would come for the content kills. This will lead to more post fight pvp. It’s a win-win. Whoever is leading the two minuscule guilds on that sever right now should hatch this plan our. I guarantee at least 20 players from blue would come and 10-15 old red players who got burnt out would return.

Sorry man that’s not a game I care much about. I agree that one could coordinate some decent PVE on red 1.0 but that is just not really that important to me.

I agree that if someone wants to take part in some dragon kills red one is the place to do it.

If I could play a healer with my rogue and level up to 60 sure red 2.0. Servers dead I dont have time for the fuckery of begging people to help me level. Or if someone wants to give me a surefire 100% chill spot I can solo grind a mob from 57 to 60 I'm all ears.

Some champs PL'ed my enchanter in unrest when I had to log. I came back and he went from like level 15 to 34 or something it was a true feat of excellence it almost brings tears to my eyes.

I was actually curious though DOES anyone know a place a 57 rogue could solo a single mob over and over? I'd like to slow grind at work. I basically did that on green 1-52 on my druid. In fact I'm gonna kill a troll guard on a 20min timer and ding 53 while i work.

I would like to play again one day. I am afraid though of being targeted and specifically attacked because its me playing. I'm not saying I don't want to be PKed.

I could be targeted for a fair or unfair reason. Or it could be for an understandable or maybe not understandable reason. Depends on the reality.

This may sound crazy, but if you think your forum identity will get you targeted when you play red 2.0 just go ahead and don't tell people your forum identity. In fact, make a new forum identity to match your character and you can make a new reputation of your choosing which is really easy since only 15 people post in red forums.

Velious is an awful expansion for box health. Also with primals gone on this server and rooted mobs it is 10x worse than normal. There is no further progression or anything interesting happening on this server ever again. This is a really boring version of a good game that came out 22 years ago and no one is interested.
