Hey guys (especially Mercs)

I had really planned to get my Everquest fix this summer since my summer classes really aren't very intense and my job is pretty cake. But, St. Louis had to go and get hit by a tornado, and since disaster relief is kind of my thing, I got down there ASAP. I don't even think I've logged on since I started doing the assessments.

Now that Joplin, MO has been hit I have no doubt that my EQ plans are shot for the summer. So I just wanted to hop on and ask everyone to enjoy Norrath for me, and to state that I will one day return, Paw of Oppola in hand.

Have an excellent summer, everybody. And if anyone lives in the St. Louis area and knows any upscale jazz bars, please let me know. I'll buy you an imported beer.

Good luck to you and thanks for being there for the folks in MO. Looks like Joplin got wiped off the map =/

I've never set foot in Joplin (or in the US of A) and don't know anything about this place but I understand it has been hit yesterday by an important tornado that has killed 89+ people. I pull my hat off to you for abandonning everything on a whim (although temporarily of course) and go there to help people in need. This is a definite proof of courage, dedication and selflessness (is it the right word?).
Although I've never met you before, I'll make sure to have a thought for you next time I hit Norrath. Good luck!
