Ranger Spawn Point

I tried searching to see if this has been reported already but I didn't see anything. Half-elf rangers are supposed to spawn in surefall glad for their starting position. Currently they are spawning in Quyenos.

Haha sorry about the spelling. Typed it out after a couple summer ale's. Unfortunately the starting point is still an issue.
